What is included in the private SUV base fare?
The published Dyer fare includes standard highway tolls and normal luggage assistance. Your pickup is arranged for the address you provide, whether it is a home near the Lincoln Highway corridor, a downtown office or another Dyer location. Give dispatch the actual address rather than relying on a city-center estimate.
For an airport return, provide the flight number so dispatch can monitor arrival changes and coordinate the pickup. Confirm the active terminal and meeting instructions with dispatch. Flight tracking helps with coordination; it does not remove the need to confirm your trip details.
The SUV is listed for up to six passengers, subject to luggage fit and the confirmed arrangement. Share the number of travelers and the size of your bags before reserving. Oversized luggage, child seats or unusual pickup requirements should be discussed directly rather than assumed to fit a standard booking.
What can change your final airport transfer cost?
Scheduled peak-hour pickup
A flat $30 scheduled peak-hour surcharge applies to pickups from 2:00 PM through 5:59 PM. This is a disclosed scheduled charge, separate from the published base fare. Enter the planned pickup time so the booking form can show the relevant amount.
Optional gratuity and online card processing
Online card checkout preselects an optional 18% driver gratuity. You can choose a different available tip or No Tip before paying. The 1.99% processing fee is calculated on the fare, any applicable scheduled surcharge and your selected gratuity.
The website's Zelle and Pay on Pickup options do not add this online card fee or the card gratuity. A Zelle confirmation still needs dispatch verification; Pay on Pickup means payment is due to the chauffeur. Review the instructions for your chosen option rather than treating a submitted request as proof that a payment has been made.

These examples use No Tip in online card checkout and standard Dyer service. They show why the base fare and payment total may differ.

A low starting price does not describe every part of an airport journey. Compare options for the same departure date, pickup address, passenger count and luggage. For a group, check whether a quoted price covers each traveler or the vehicle, and whether any extra pickup or connection is needed.
